Group Assignment 

In the previous lesson on term two week one, Mr. Kent assigned each group a collaborative group presentation project to do during the week before the next lesson on term two week two. So, I have uploaded the presentation file below. Our Group is doing Steps required for web publishing and what is FTP.

So, we have found out the six steps of publishing a web page and also File Transfer Protocol (FTP). The six steps of web publishing is establishing the basics, find out if the domain name that you wish is available, find a website that can show you similar domain names that are similar, register your domain, manage your website and lastly, add themes. We have also found out about File Transfer Protocol. We have split it into a few sections: What is FTP? How does it work and what are the differences compared with HTTP? What are the FTP modes? Basically, FTP is like I mentioned above, is called File Transfer Protocol and it is used to exchange, upload and download files.

For this group presentation project, I would rank myself as a 2 point person. I have done a lot things like arranging the slides, gathering information and editing the pictures and words. However, I couldn't complete it without the help of my teammate.
